Many clients, one workflow

Every client needs fresh creative and none of them is big enough to justify a stack of tools. Uboros watches each client's category, turns what is winning into briefs in their voice, and renders the batch, cost on screen first. You approve every step, for all ten of them, from one login.

How a freelancer actually works

Say it once. It runs for every client on the roster.

Watch this week's Meta winners for all five clients. Draft five briefs each in their own voice. Render UGC plus type-led statics. Hold everything until I approve.

Watch

Each project keeps its own watchlist. Your client's competitors pay for the tests; you read the results, tagged on hook, offer, format and angle. The dental practice never sees the coffee roaster's category.

Make

Briefs in that client's voice, with that client's forbidden phrases screened out. Then named render styles: type-led statics, carousel frames, UGC stills and short video, anchored on their logo and colours.

Approve

Nothing renders without an approved brief. Nothing leaves without an approved render. Reject with a reason and that project remembers: the correction stays with the client it belongs to.

Onboarding a new client

Five minutes from their website to their first ads.

0:00

Paste the client's website

Uboros reads the page and builds the brand profile from it: what they sell, who they sell to, the tone they write in, their colours and logo. You skim it and fix anything that reads wrong. No kickoff deck, no brand questionnaire.

1:00

Name who they are up against

Add the competitors your client already worries about. Their live Meta ads come in tagged on hook, offer, format and angle, so the first brief starts from what is demonstrably running in that category rather than a blank doc.

2:30

Five briefs in their voice

Each one answers something that is working in the category, phrased the way this client talks, with their banned phrases screened out. Edit them like a doc. Reject one with a reason and the project learns it.

5:00

Render and approve

Ten static styles plus carousel frames, UGC stills and short video. The bill sits on the render, shown before you click. Approve the batch, send it to the client, and the loop runs again next week without you setting it up again.

Plans

Ten clients for the price of one freelancer's afternoon.

For freelancers

Freelancer

$99/mo

Ten clients, one shared allowance · cancel any time

  • Ten client projects, each with its own watchlist, voice and approvals
  • Around 1,200 ad images a month, pooled across all ten
  • Statics at 6¢, shown before you click
  • Every video model, any clip length
  • Client share links for sign-off, without access to your other work
Open Freelancer

Pooled means shared however you like: thirty statics for one client this month and three for another is fine. A quiet client funds a busy one.

Your clients' categories are food chains. Pick their end of it.

Uboros is the ouroboros: the loop that feeds on itself. Winners in, briefs out, renders back, lessons kept, separately for every client on your roster. You hold every approval.

Questions a freelancer actually asks

What counts as a project?

One client brand. It keeps its own competitor watchlist, brand voice, forbidden phrases, briefs, renders and approvals. Nothing bleeds between clients, and a correction you make for one never leaks into another.

Does this touch Ads Manager, or is it another moodboard?

Neither. Today Uboros stops one step short of Ads Manager: it watches each client's category, drafts the briefs and renders finished creative you approve, then hands you the files. You do the upload.

What if I only have three clients right now?

Start on Starter at $49 and move to Freelancer when the fourth arrives. The projects you have already built come with you: watchlists, voices, corrections and all.

What if one client eats the whole allowance?

That is the point of pooling. The allowance is shared across all ten projects rather than divided between them, so a quiet month for one client pays for a busy month for another.

Can the client see it without seeing everything?

Yes. A share link covers that project only, so they can review and sign off without access to your workspace or the rest of your roster.

What happens when a client leaves?

Archive the project. The work stays readable so you can show it in a pitch, and the slot frees up for whoever is next.
